In keeping with articles 13 and 14 of the European Union Regulation 2016/679 concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the treatment of their personal information and the free circulation of that information, we wish you to know the following:

2. PURPOSE OF THE USE AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
The information you give us will be stored in keeping with art. 5 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 and will be used exclusively in order to provide our service of online sale and delivery of the products available on the opera website and for the administrative and accounting procedures connected with this service. No personal profile will be made using your information.

3. TYPE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED
The information provided to and used by Opera Laboratori Fiorentini S.p.A. is necessary for the aims indicated above and includes the usual personal details (such as name, address, phone number) and in any case everything related to the achievement of the holder’s aims indicated above.

4. FURNISHING OF THE INFORMATION
The providing of this information by the customer is obligatory, in the sense that the refusal to furnish the details requested and denial of their use will make it impossible for us to complete the sale transaction.

5. COMMUNICATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
The information furnished by you may be transmitted, solely for the purpose defined in point 3 above, to third parties for whom it is necessary for the proper fulfilment of our obligation to you in this regard. Your personal details will not be transferred to other countries or international organisations.

6. PERIOD OF STORAGE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your details will be stored until the aims described above are fulfilled and until you request that your account be closed.
Upon receipt of the request to close the account, your personal information will be deleted within 30 days for accounts that show no sales transactions, while for accounts with sales transactions, data will be stored for the length of time stipulated by law to fulfil accounting and tax requirements.

7. RIGHTS OF USERS OF THIS WEBSITE
At any time, in accordance with articles from 15 to 22 of EU Regulation 2016/679, you may:
a) Request confirmation of the existence of your personal details in our database;
b) Obtain information about the aims of the use of your details, the type of information stored, the persons or entities, or categories of same, to whom these details will be communicated and, whenever possible, the length of time the information will be stored;
c) Obtain correction and cancellation of your details;
d) Obtain restriction of the use and storage of your information;
e) Obtain the transfer of your data, that is to say, receive this data from the holder of your information in a structured, commonly used format that can be read electronically, and transmit it unimpeded to another holder;
f) Decline the use of your data at any time;
g) Decline permission for any sort of automatic process concerning individuals, including the creation of personal profiles;
h) Ask the holder for access to your personal information and the correction or cancellation of the same, or the limitation of its use, and refuse permission for its use or transfer to other parties;
i) Revoke consent at any time without affecting the legitimacy of the use of your data based on the permission prior to revocation;
j) Present a claim to an oversight authority.
