The customer who wants to return an item must send email within 14 days of receiving the
goods to bookshop.maxxi@operalaboratori.com. In the case of return of goods, once the completed return request form has been received, Opera Laboratori S.p.A. will proceed to collect the goods in agreement with the client. This applies only if the goods are returned intact and with relative plastic covering if present. Goods returned with signs of wear or returned after 14 days will not be accepted and
returned to sender.

Refunds

The Customer will receive the refund via the same method used for the purchase and will receive an email confirming the transfer of the refund. The timing of the credit will depend on the customer’s bank.
